How to order?

To order, find the products and click on the "Add to cart" button. In the cart insert your order information. If your order has been successful, you will get the note by e-mail.

What are the payment options?

Orders can be paid for by credit card or with PayPal. By selecting a suitable bank, you will be directed to the Internet bank, where you will see a prefilled payment order. Confirm the payment and then exit the Internet bank by clicking the "Back to merchant" button.

How is the order delivered and how long will it take?

Orders are delivered with regular national postage and by DHL.

Postage is fixed/calculated for the destination.

If you wish to deliver goods to different addresses, differents orders must be placed and postage costs must be paid accordingly.

 

The goods are sent to the following countries:

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destinayion specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. To countries ither than Estonia, it can take 1-30 days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods is up to 60 calendar days.

 

How can I return the goods?

Pursuant to Estonia's Law of Oblications Act, a consumer may withdraw from a contract entered within 14 days. The period shall begin on the day on which the goods reach the consumer. if the buyer withdraws from the contract, we will refund the amound paid as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after the return of the goods. The buyer must return the goods received immediately, not later than within 7 days of sending the withdrawal application.
